Choice of Starters:

Chef Joe Hall’s Sweet and Hot chicken fingers, white bread, pickle chip and tzatziki sauce,

Small beet and goat cheese salad with roasted hazelnuts and sherry fennel vinaigrette,

Seafood napoleon with marinated shrimp, heirloom tomatoes, hearts of palm, cucumber, avocado and cilantro,

Ricotta gnudi with fresh housemade tomato salsa, herb chiffonade and lemon zest, 

Local tomato salad with white peaches and watermelon, buratta, port blueberry reduction and basil chiffonade

Choice of Entree:

Shrimp and grits with smoked gouda-andouille sausage grits, seafood veloute and seasonal vegetable,

Braised short ribs with veal demi glace, mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables,

Chicken Saltimbocca with roasted potatoes and seasonal vegetables,

Hanger steak with Sweetwater Blue beer marinade, fig port wine reduction, hand-cut fries and seasonal vegetables,

Pan-seared grouper with a poblano grit cake, seasonal vegetables and basil lime drizzle

Choice of DESSERT:

White peach Habanero pecan bread pudding with Camarena tequila sauce,

Martine’s raspberry charlotte cake with Chambord melba sauce,

Kentucky pie sundae with salted bourbon caramel sauce, housemade whipped cream and roasted chile pecans
